Marie Abou Khaled a.k.a. Melmo is a singer, songwriter and producer from Beirut. With a master's degree in Popular music, she is now taking her first steps as a solo act after having long been a part of Zeid and the Wings, among others. Her music is a blend of Art Pop and Electronica, subtly infused with Tarab sonorities. Her first single 'Kermelak', co-produced with Zeid Hamdan, has received critical acclaim. She is currently working on a collaboration with Khaled Omran.
